Our environmental commitment
Why? We are saddened and especially concerned by the catastrophic situation of the Planet, not to mention many other events around the world. At a time of climate emergency, it is important for us to find ways to act to help the planet, within our capacity.
It is in this spirit that we are moving forward: Québec Ecotourism Adventure (QEA), in partnership with the 1% FOR THE PLANET organization, is setting up the 1% for the Planet Outdoors Fund, and NANA is one of the 29 members of the Association who are initiating the project.
We will now donate 1% of our sales to the fund dedicated to the preservation of Quebec's ecosystems and the fight against climate change. A portion of the money raised will also be invested directly in QEA member companies to help them adopt best practices in sustainable development. With the Plein Air 1% for the Planet Fund, the association wants to make Quebec an eco-responsible destination among international leaders. It's only natural for NANA to participate!
A dream, one day? We have a project in mind that we hope to be able to realize one day: to offer you 100% electric shuttles, a zero-emission vehicle to take you to nature. It would be quite an achievement for us, and above all a source of pride! To be continued, in the next few years. :-)
We are also committed to staying on top of new solutions that will be developed to improve people's mobility and protect the environment. This will not be the only thing we do! Our dream would be to transport our passengers to the parks by electric bus. In the short term, for a tiny company like ours, this is financially difficult to do. However, we never stop dreaming and we work hard to turn dreams into reality!
