You can cancel your trip free of charge up to two weeks before departure.
If you cancel your trip up to 48 hours before departure, we will keep 20% of the amount paid and refund the balance.
No trips will be refunded or changed less than 48 hours in advance.

Food
It is strongly recommended to bring your own lunch to the national park. Small meals are sometimes sold on site, but this is not the case for all parks.
Temperature
Our departures will take place rain or shine! Please bring clothing that is appropriate for the weather. In Quebec there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes!
In the case of weather that would compromise road safety, we will make the decision to cancel and will notify clients. Clients will be fully refunded.
Toilets
There is no toilet on the bus. There will be toilets at the departure and arrival points.
To bring with you for the day in the park
We suggest that you bring with you
-Clothing adapted to the temperature. Make sure you wear a multi-layer suit!
-A change of socks so that your feet don't get cold if you sweat
-A bottle of water that you can refill as needed.
-A meal and snacks
-Winter sports equipment if you have it. Please note that we are not responsible for any breakages, so we advise you to put your equipment in bags to protect it!
