1. Can I bring my ski or snowshoe equipment?
Yes. Ski and snowshoe equipment is allowed on board.
2. Is the service free?
Yes, the shuttle service is completely free.
3. Do I need to book in advance or can I board without a reservation?
Advance booking is strongly recommended. It is possible to show up directly, but you may be denied access if the shuttle is full.
4. Can I board at any stop or only at the departure point?
You can board at any scheduled stop along the route.
5. Can I get off at several stops on the same day?
Yes, it is possible to get off at several stops on the same day.
6. Is there a limited number of seats on the shuttle?
Yes, the maximum capacity is 24 passengers per departure.
7. Is there space for strollers or wheelchairs?
Yes, there is space on board for strollers and wheelchairs.
8. Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed on board.
9. What happens if I miss the shuttle?
You can take the next shuttle. If no other option is available, please contact Navette Nature customer service.
10. Does the shuttle run in stormy or difficult weather conditions?
Yes, except in extreme weather conditions. Any cancellations or changes will be communicated in advance.
11. Can I eat or drink on the shuttle?
No, eating and drinking are not allowed on board.
12. Are there toilets on board?
No, the shuttle does not have toilets.
13. Is the shuttle suitable for young children?
Yes, the service is suitable for families and young children.
14. On which days does the shuttle run?
From December 24 to January 3, except December 25 and January 1.
Every Saturday from January 3 to March 21.
