DISCOVER THE EAST SIDE OF MONTREAL
More fauna than anyone would think
Parc-nature de la Pointe-aux-Prairies is divided into three sectors: the Marais and Rivière-des-Prairies sector, the Bois-de-l’Héritage sector, and the Fleuve sector.
Parc-nature de la Pointe-aux-Prairies is a vast, 261-hectare urban green space located at the eastern end of the island.
Head there in summer for hiking (8.4km) or cycling and check out the great diversity of rare birds and mammals, including white-tailed deer. In winter, you can go sledding on the hill or snowshoeing (6.7km) and cross country skiing (12.4km). There is also a special trail for fatbike fans (4.2km). Two chalets provide places to visitors.

THIS ACTIVITY IS FREE FOR YOU, BUT NOT FOR US.
This initiative is supposed to be simple and effective. We can’t insist more on the importance of respecting your commitment or giving others the chance to take advantage of this accessibility, especially those who do not (yet) know NANA or who simply do not have the means to travel. Moreover, it is for this reason that we invite you to offer your reservations to your entourage or your neighbor or the local NPO, even before contacting us for cancellation.
THANK YOU for your selflessness and common sense!
