Parc national d'Oka is not far from Montréal. This park has a rich historical and natural heritage. The Calvaire, with its four oratories and three chapels, is a unique complex of historic buildings in America. In Grande Baie and Rivière aux Serpents, land and water come together to give birth to ecological jewels: the wetlands. Winter and summer alike, the top of the Calvaire d'Oka trail provides an exceptional view of Lac des Deux Montagnes and the Adirondacks. Soothing and magnificent!
We'll head to Labonté de la pomme in the morning, and to Oka National Park (Calvaire) in the afternoon. Buying fruit gives you access to the site. There's a full-size terrace tto enjoy!
Schedule for the day :
8:30 AM : Departure from central bus station (Berri-UQAM)
9:20 AM : Arrival to Labonté de la pomme
12:00 PM : Departure from the orchard in direction for Oka National Park
12:10 PM : Arrival at Calvaire d'Oka
12:20 PM : Arrival at Centre de services Le Littoral (Beach)
3:40 PM : Departure from centre de services Le Littoral
4:00 PM : Departure from secteur du Calvaire du Parc national d'Oka
5:00 PM : Approximate return time a the central bus station
