Parc du Massif du Sud | Quebec City

Thanks to the Accès Nature program, access to this park is free this winter! This wonderful initiative was made possible thanks to financial support from the Government of Quebec, granted to the Association of Regional Parks of Quebec (Parq). That said, the access fee has been removed from our rates! However, if you wish to rent equipment, this will be at your own expense on-site.

With its four-season activities and accommodation, Parc du Massif du Sud is a must-see destination in the Chaudière-Appalaches region for outdoor enthusiasts. Its hiking trails, which wind through dense forests and offer mountain views, are perfect for walkers of all levels. In winter, the park transforms into a playground for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Schedule for the day :
8:30 AM : departure from Centre Infotouriste de Québec
 8:50 AM : Quick stop at Laval University, in front of Louis-Jacques-Casault pavilion
10:10 AM : arrival at Parc du Massif du Sud
4:30 PM : departure from Parc du Massif du Sud
5:45 PM : quick stop at Laval University, Louis-Jacques-Casault pavilion
6:00 PM : Estimated arrival near Old Québec (due to the Québec Winter Carnival, we won't be able to reach the Infotouriste Centre. The driver will determine a safe place to stop near the Québec City Convention Centre)
