The Municipliaté of Conception (125 km from MTL) offers a Rock climbing and hiking park on the Montagne d'Argent in the Upper-Laurentians. An excellent site to practice many outdooor activities for all. 

For hiking : There are some trails that require more effort with stairs, ladders and ropes.

Schedule:
8:00 AM : Explanations and departure from the Montreal bus station (Berri-UQAM)
10:00 AM : Arrival at the Service Center
4:00 PM : Departure from the Service Center
6:00 PM : Arrival at the Montreal bus station

The price includes the fee for hiking, but excludes the one for climbing which is payable on-site.
