Île Saint-Bernard
Ile Saint-Bernard
From 2/4/24, 9:00 AM to 2/4/24, 4:00 PM
Mostly for those seeking relaxing natural activites.
For animal lovers!
Occupied for thousands of years by first nations, the island was also used by the Grey Nuns for over 200 years. Several historic buildings, a cemetery, and an organic orchard bear witness to their presence on this territory and are accessible to the public.
The Fernand-Seguins Ecological Center, located a few kilometers from the island, offers a 5 kilometer trail in its protected forest, which is home to several distinctive tree species! Wildlife observation is also a popular activity.
