With 330 hectares of land, the Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park is the largest park in Montreal. As it is bordered by Lac des Deux Montagnes and the Rivière des Prairies, many of its trails offer magnificent views of their icy surfaces.
The park is equipped with a network of cross-country ski trails that cross different landscapes: fields, river, and forests.
While you wonder the park, you might see some animals such as cows, goats, sheep, donkeys, rabbits, pony and pigs since it is boarded by ecological farms.
The park also has a rustic sugar shack where maple products prepared locally can be enjoyed.
Take advantage of this free transportation route provided by the City of Montreal and NANA. The only thing you will have to pay is your rental gear (if you need it) and any entry to a special activity.
