So that you can spend a pleasant day in the park that you have chosen, here is some information that could be useful:

Cancellation Policy

If you chose to cancel your trip some fees may apply.

Cancellations are free of charge, if they are made 2 weeks or more prior to your trip date.

For cancellations 48 hours to two weeks prior to your trip date, a charge of 20% of the amount will be taken.

For cancellations of 48 hours or less prior to departure, 100% of the charges will be kept.

It is highly recommended that you bring your meal in the national park. A few snacks are sold on site, but it will be better to have your food with you!


Our departures will take place, rain or shine! Bring clothes adapted to the temperature. In Quebec there is no bad temperature, there is only bad clothes!


There is no toilet in the bus. There will be at the point of departure and at the point of arrival.

Spare clothes if you plan on doing intense physical activity on the site. (Showers are available at national park sites)

Mosquito repellent


A bottle of water that you can fill if needed

Departure Point: Where to find us?

We park the bus right next to Dorchester Square, facing the Infotourist Center on Peel Street in Montreal. Two metro stations nearby: Peel (green line) or Bonaventure (orange line)


Animals are forbidden on the bus at all times, except for certified guide dogs.

Do we have to print our ticket?

It is not necessary to print your ticket. Just make sure you have proof on your phone, the PDF ticket for example.

What can we bring?

Inflatable board or kayak
Big hiking bag
Tent (if not too big)

Can we bring our bike?

Our buses are not suitable for taking a bike. Nevertheless you can rent it in some parks.
